XLIII Coffee R&D and Editorial Board

  • About

XLIII Coffee (formerly 43 Factory Coffee Roaster, established in 2018) is a pioneering brand in the Vietnamese Specialty Coffee industry. With years of practical experience in research, development, supply chain management, and promotion, we are dedicated to the art and science of high-quality coffee.

We partner directly with the world’s leading coffee farmers, closely monitoring every harvest season to purchase beans at their peak potential. Our goal is to preserve the authentic flavor profile of each specific growing region (terroir).

XLIII Coffee builds every operation on three core pillars:

Transparency: We provide detailed origin information and publicly disclose all input costs (FOB, DDP, etc.).

Traceability: Customers can trace every batch back to its source and verify details directly with the producers.

Responsibility & Ethics: We are committed to fairness for farmers, environmental friendliness, honesty with customers, and respecting the sensory truth of the coffee. We are actively transitioning toward fully sustainable development.

Our entire system is driven by a singular mission: to return fair value to where it belongs and to accurately depict the original flavor of every bean, fostering a strong and sustainable coffee community.

  • Expertise & Knowledge Foundation

XLIII Coffee prides itself on a solid foundation of expertise built through importing, roasting, distributing, and promoting specialty coffee. Our passionate team continuously updates their skills with the latest scientific and technological advancements. We do not just study theory; we are deeply grounded in practice.

To ensure credibility and trust, we adhere to a strict three-step content policy:

    Source Data:

    - Information is collected directly from partner farmers, estates, or highly credible research sources.

    - We never use unverified information or data with unclear origins.

    - We commit to zero distortion of product information.

    Empirical Verification:

    - Practical testing is conducted via Roasting and Cupping in our SCA-standard Lab.

    - We conduct over 200 cupping sessions annually—a frequency rarely matched in the Vietnamese market.

    - We archive and periodically cross-check all quality records, including roasting profiles, cupping forms, samples, and certification documents.

    Technical Editing:

    - Our R&D and Editorial team reviews all terminology, data, and partner links before publication.

    - We avoid hyperbolic language and maintain absolute respect for partners, producers, and consumers.

    - We are committed to honest, accurate editing that is consistent with our data records.

Our content is vetted by industry authorities, including mainstream platforms like Daily Coffee News and Sprudge, and specialized apps such as Bean Hunter and Roaster.

Supply Chain Control: We maintain strict quality control throughout the entire supply chain.

Internal Calibration: Regular internal cupping sessions are held to cross-check data, standardize sensory calibration, and upgrade staff skills.

Continuous Education: Monthly internal training covers everything from scientific knowledge to industry news.

Global Reach: XLIII Coffee serves a diverse ecosystem of clients across Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, the USA, Australia, India, Saudi Arabia, and more.
