With a total coffee-growing area of up to 40ha and an altitude of over 1,600m, Rosenheim Estate is famous for producing many special and unique coffees from Gesha, Catimor, Caturra, and Typica varieties. The coffee batches here are grown in the shade, harvested, and processed by hand on the farm to ensure consistent quality and the best flavor profile. In addition, they produce special batches with unique properties using innovative processes to widen the range of choices for their customers.

In addition, the farm also takes care and protects more wild bees to take advantage of the natural symbiosis in the process of pollination to earn honey between bees and coffee flowers, and the more coffee flavor is obtained rich and sophisticated.
