Rubi
Rubi is a coffee variety created from the famous Mundo Novo and Catuai lines, currently widely cultivated in Brazil. Rubi coffee beans are round in shape with an eye-catching red color, easily recognizable due to their distinctive appearance.
Inherited from Mundo Novo, Rubi possesses excellent disease resistance and high yield, allowing the plant to grow steadily even in harsh environmental conditions. The combination of the parent varieties has contributed to refining Rubi’s flavor profile, offering a harmonious balance between gentle sweetness and low acidity, creating a smooth, pleasant coffee experience that appeals to a wide range of coffee drinkers.
