When cultivated above 2,000 meters, it reveals a striking sensory profile: delicate floral notes (jasmine, orange blossom), vibrant fruit tones (citrus, ripe plum), a juicy and refreshing acidity, and a clean, lingering sweetness that often recalls honey or light caramel.
Its naturally low tannin content gives the cup a silky texture, free from harsh bitterness, resulting in a refined, smooth, and energetic drinking experience. Compared to its “sibling” 74110, 74112 variety is often described as brighter, livelier, and more layered.
