I. Airworks Coffee - A journey of cross-border connections
Airworks Coffee is the result of a passionate quest for flavor. It all began in Hawaii, where founder Jacob Cunningham first immersed himself in the world of coffee while working on a local farm.
Subsequent travels through Australia, Europe, and Asia revealed a reality to him: the world possesses exquisite cups of coffee that are often difficult to find back home. The urge to share these “hard-to-access” values became the guiding light for Airworks’ inception, carrying the mission to serve as a bridge bringing global specialty coffee experiences straight to the doors of enthusiasts.
Redefining the coffee experience in North America
Positioned as the only U.S.-based coffee subscription service to establish direct relationships with small-scale international roasters, Airworks Coffee focuses on the sophisticated Light Roast segment.
Since arriving in Seattle, Washington in 2021, Jacob and his team have breathed new life into the North American market through a scientific verification process. Every lot undergoes a rigorous cupping process and is shipped with heartfelt dedication. From Shanghai, Paris to Seoul and now Da Nang, each Airworks release is a unique experience, receiving a warm welcome from the customer community in the U.S. and Canada thanks to its flavor precision and traceable origins.
A deep-rooted connection with XLIII Coffee
The “handshake” between Airworks Coffee and XLIII Coffee began in February 2025, marking a significant milestone in bringing our specialty coffee to the global stage. Previous collaborations have yielded results beyond expectations: the XLIII Coffee brand has become familiar to the international coffee community, while coffee from our partner farms has gained direct access to high-end customer segments in foreign markets.

This success transcends mere numbers; it has opened doors for XLIII Coffee to connect with other strategic wholesale partners globally, affirming our position as an entity pursuing original values.
II. Product portfolio for the new release
Continuing the trust and achievements built together, XLIII Coffee is now ready for this latest collaboration. With a portfolio of newly arrived coffee lots, we believe this partnership will continue to write an inspiring story.

The science of flavor-lock technology and the peak flavor point
Every coffee bean leaving XLIII Coffee’s roastery is treated with advanced flavor-lock technology. This is a scientific solution designed to “isolate” volatile aromatic compounds, prevent oxidation, and preserve the bean’s original identity throughout its transcontinental journey.

Please notice: The resting time to reach peak flavor is proportional to the time the coffee is encased in flavor-lock technology. Depending on the length of the storage journey, you may need 8 – 12 weeks, or even 16 weeks from the roast date to perceive the most perfect transformation of taste. Keeping coffee in a sealed bag for longer means the subsequent resting period must be extended accordingly for the cup of coffee to reach its most mature and vibrant state.
III. An invitation to accompany XLIII Coffee on the global map
The journey of XLIII Coffee is also an unceasing effort to build a global network of connections. We believe that every cup of coffee is an ambassador carrying the story of its origin, of kindness in cultivation, and of transparency in trade.
To ensure those original values are not limited by national boundaries or geographical barriers, XLIII Coffee always appreciates and welcomes new partnership opportunities. Expanding into international markets is our mission to bring the essence of flavor closer to the global coffee community, wherever they may be on the map.
