Cultivated at an ideal altitude of 1,700 to 1,800 meters above sea level at Las Margaritas, the renowned farm of our partner Café Granja La Esperanza, Sudan Rume grows slowly, with low yields but high quality, which is true to the philosophy of “less but exceptional.” Each coffee tree is nurtured using sustainable, eco-conscious farming methods that honor the natural ecosystem, aiming to preserve the purest essence of the variety, the soil, and the climate.

For Sudan Rume #00284, a traditional washed process is used to enhance its pristine clarity. The resulting cup is clean and crystalline, with layers of aroma that unfold from mint leaf, chamomile, and cardamom when warm, to ginger, peach, and eucalyptus as it cools.
