What Makes Cafe Show & Tea Show Hanoi 2025 Special?

Appearing in Hanoi for the first time, Cafe Show & Tea Show Hanoi 2025 marks a new milestone for the F&B industry as it brings to the capital a world-class platform for trade connection and beverage culture experiences. The event is organized by Exporum Vietnam, under the sponsorship of the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association (VICOFA), the Vietnam Tea Association (VITAS), and international trade promotion agencies in Vietnam.

This year’s coffee trade show attracted around 350 brands from various countries and territories, offering a comprehensive picture of the modern F&B industry. The booths spanned from machinery, equipment, brewing tools, and raw/auxiliary materials to coffee, tea, and pastries – all present to tell the story of the industry’s development through each product and technology.

From November 12 to 15 2025, the National Exhibition Centre in Dong Anh will welcome tens of thousands of professionals, business owners, and beverage culture enthusiasts. For Hanoi, this event is not merely an exhibition, it is a statement of the city’s rising prominence on the global map of coffee and tea events.

Event Highlights

More than a trade show, the exhibition is also a festival for the coffee and tea community, hosting top-tier national competitions.

Across four days, three major professional championships bring together over 100 talented participants from across Vietnam. Leading the stage is the Dalatmilk Vietnam National Latte Art Championship 2025 (VNLC), where Vietnam’s representative for the World Latte Art Championship in San Diego (USA) will be selected. Alongside it, the Vietnam Brewer Cup Championship (VNBrC) will determine the national competitor for the World Brewers Cup Championship 2026 in Brussels (Belgium).

In addition to the two coffee competitions, the Tea Masters Cup Vietnam 2025, organized by the Vietnam Tea Association (VITAS), continues to be a reputable platform honoring young tea artisans through categories including Tea Preparation, Tea Pairing, Tea Tasting, and Tea Mixology.

The experiential zones add another layer of appeal, offering visitors an opportunity to immerse themselves in the depth of coffee and tea culture. These include the Cafe Show Cupping area for tasting sessions, the creative Phố Hàng Phin, and a series of Coffee Talks featuring experts discussing key industry topics. Meanwhile, the Master Class zone elevates hands-on experiences with artistic demonstrations and specialized workshops, enriching the cultural journey for attendees.

Expectations and Impact on Vietnam’s Coffee & Tea Market

Cafe Show & Tea Show Hanoi 2025 is expected to become a vital catalyst for the growth of Vietnam’s coffee and tea industry amid a rapidly transforming F&B landscape. With the participation of around 350 brands from diverse countries and regions, the event enables the entire F&B ecosystem to access innovations in equipment, ingredients, brewing technologies, and modern operational solutions.

It provides an invaluable opportunity for businesses, café owners, and restaurant operators in Hanoi and the northern region to connect directly with industry experts, thereby updating management knowledge and strengthening strategic directions for sustainable development.

Beyond its impressive scale, the exhibition carries strong connective value as it is held concurrently with eight other international events, expecting to attract over 120,000 visitors. This convergence creates a comprehensive commercial environment where businesses can expand partnerships, explore investment opportunities, and gain access to new markets. With high levels of interaction between domestic and international enterprises, the event stands out as one of the year’s most significant trade promotion activities for Vietnam’s F&B sector.

On a broader horizon, Cafe Show & Tea Show Hanoi 2025 reinforces Vietnam’s increasingly prominent role on the global coffee and tea map. Within the harmony of trade, knowledge exchange, and cultural experience, the event is expected to generate long-lasting value beyond the boundaries of a commercial exhibition. It serves as a new driving force to elevate Vietnamese brands, pave the way for local coffee and tea products to reach global markets, and strengthen Vietnam’s growing influence within the international F&B value chain.
