Established in 2017 through the merger of SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) and SCAE (European Specialty Coffee Association), SCA not only sets quality assessment systems but also serves as a global hub connecting the coffee community.
With a focus on precision and consistency, SCA establishes rigorous standards for cultivation, processing, roasting, and brewing. These standards form the foundation for XLIII Coffee pursuit of purity and authenticity in every coffee shot (espresso).
